The Problem

Every data point was touched by hand.

Field crews were entering inspection data manually, then re-entering it into separate systems for QA review. Reports were compiled by hand each week, often with transcription errors that triggered rework downstream. Leadership had no real-time view into project status — by the time data reached them, it was already stale. The QA process itself was a bottleneck: reviewers were spending hours cross-referencing entries against source documents instead of catching actual issues.
